Hi all, newbie here~ I'm 24, looking to lose about 30 lbs. in the longhaul. Currently b/w 140-150 lbs. So here's today's tally:
1/2 bag of almonds: 120
Salmon sashimi: 300? ate a lot..
boca burger: 80
fruit snack: 40
Sweet potato: 50

*1 white coffee (100mls milk) & 1 heaped teaspoon sugar: 98 cals.
*Plus a cup of Lemsip. I dont know that calorie content of a cup of Lemsip...since Im ill, Ill be having 3 more by the end of the day though...

today was worse than yesterday. saw friend and ended up eating a load of junk with her.

today i woke up with the intention of fasting, but actually ended up eating the following and taking no excersise:
2 cups green tea,
porridge made with milk and water,
dried apricots x 3,
almonds x 6,
dried cranberries x 7
wholemeal muffin and margarine,
ryvita x 2, thai bites
chilli con carne with peppers (all huge portions)
2 cups green tea
also drank water and no fat low cal squash throughout day
god.. the quantity of what I ate today is mindblowing. i'm eating like this all the time now.. i need to stop.
hopefully this will be my diet tomrrow.. pleeeaase ive me strength.
