Newbie here..
 Hi all, newbie here~ I'm 24, looking to lose about 30 lbs. in the longhaul. Currently b/w 140-150  lbs. So here's today's tally: 

Calories: 
1/2 bag of almonds: 120
Salmon sashimi:  300? ate a lot..
Chicken: 90
boca burger: 80
Pineapple: 15
Grapefruit: 110
Orange: 100
fruit snack: 40
Sweet potato: 50
Cheese: 70
Total:  975 

Exercise:  1x

Its less than 3 hours later and Im hungry again.  Whats up with this?  Im starting to have a large appetite.

two snowballs (creme filled choclate choclate chip cake in a ball with white frosting and coconut flakes)..

I'm cooking up one potato with cheese and canned carrots for lunch.

have no idea what we are going to eat for supper, if after that i will be able to eat anything.

*Oatso Simple (Golden Syrup Flavour): 132 cals +
*180mls semi-skimmed milk: 86.4 cals +
*1 white coffee (100mls milk) & 1 heaped teaspoon sugar: 98 cals.
*Plus a cup of Lemsip. I dont know that calorie content of a cup of Lemsip...since Im ill, Ill be having 3 more by the end of the day though...

today was worse than yesterday. saw friend and ended up eating a load of junk with her.

brek:
grapefuit
boiled egg

lunch:
heinz tomato soup
2 pcs brown bread
banana coffee caramel frappuccino, small

snacks:
m&ms
cake mixture
rice milk

dinner:
couscous
fish
green beans

today i woke up with the intention of fasting, but actually ended up eating the following and taking no excersise:

breakfast:
2 cups green tea,
porridge made with milk and water,
pear

snack:
dried apricots x 3,
almonds x 6,
dried cranberries x 7

lunch:
mixed salad,
wholemeal muffin and margarine,
apple

snack:
ryvita x 2, thai bites

dinner:
cauliflower,
brown rice,
chilli con carne with peppers (all huge portions)
yoghurt
2 cups green tea

also drank water and no fat low cal squash throughout day

god.. the quantity of what I ate today is mindblowing. i'm eating like this all the time now.. i need to stop.

hopefully this will be my diet tomrrow.. pleeeaase ive me strength.

breakfast:

salad, fruit

dinner:
